Hey I saw your post about needing a weight loss pal - I'm on Day 11 of cycle 2 if you're interested. I keep cheating and I'm at a plateau, but I am going to ramp up my exercise and water intake this week.
Starting weight: 196 lbs
Current weight: 185 lbs
Goal weight: 160 lbs
