I've been without my computer since may after it was fixed something else went wrong, well i am back and looking for support i gained all the weight back so i am back to the beginning of the book. starting today. hope everyone is doing well and with alot of success.

Dear Lord I come before you today to ask you to put your hand on each one of my friends here. We all need your help in one way or another, and have all the faith in you as you have asked us.

I ask you to keep the safe as they travel to work and home, keep there angel with them in there time of need. I wish to Thank You Lord for alway being there for us. We know you are a kind and gentle God, and you will let us struggle with our day to day problem and are just waiting for us to “ASK FOR YOUR HELP”

You want us to ask you for help each and every day and not to struggle on our own. Forgive us as we try to work it out on our own, and only when we come to the end of our rope do we turn to you.

Wow such a pleasant surprise, As you can see alot of us are not here any longer. I am hoping they all lost all the weight they needed and are still helping others.  I wish they would stop by now and again to share with us.

I am doing fine. Just came back from holiday in Houston and had a wonderful time. It was very hot however, the family made it all better.....  I am so happy to hear from you. I hope you are back now for a while anyways.  tifa ♥¸ . ♥¸ .♥

I am able to write again and without a problem and add the comments, i switch from using internet explorer to google chrome and it works out real good. i am so happy now i can talk to everyone, how is everyone doing this morning? 

It's been a long time but i am back and more eager and anxious to do this and lose this weight, i am more motivated so starting over will be a pleasure. i am attending school for my ged and i am enjoying it. i hope to hear from all of you and see how you are all doing, I miss you all.
