Everyone processes food differently, hang in there as when you approach the next cycle things may change. I am on Day 21 and have lost 5.5 lbs, the way I look at it, even at this rate I should look great by summer.   Hang in there.

Just thougt I would drop a note and say HAY!!! Always good to see anouther horse woman on here!!! I started a group called "The Hoerse Made Me Do It" LOL We have a few members most of us need to loose over 100lbs. I want to be able to get my fat @#$ on a horse with out a step stool or trailer or truck by May. Thats when we gather and brand!! Tired of waiting till everyone else is horse back and then hide behind the trailer to get up on mine!!!! One day at a time!!! DOn't beat ur self up over a few pounds gained get right back to it!!!! Hope to see ya around!!!!

I didn't realize we could use this as a blog! SO I choose to do so! OK, I am pumped cause I have way more energy now. I was up at 5:30 and exercising by 6:00. Just like back in the good old days.

I really like this diet, it is not hard to stick too. I like having the menu plans there to choose from, that's where I fail, trying to figure out what to eat. I am at day 15. I don't know if I want to move on to cycle 2 yet or not, I didn't have the book the first week and it was hit or miss, so I might stay in cycle 1 for 3 or 4 more days.

Thank you Laurie! I had a rough weekend, ended up gaining 3 pounds back! So i was really bummed and depressed today, it started pouring rain so there went my walk with the dog. SO I am cleaning house like a maniac and working up a sweat doing it, then will work out. I have a lot of un finished projects going on, painting, etc. That I just lost interest in, I think I need to clean those up too! Thanks for your support!

Well you certainly know the old addage about getting back on the horse.  The same thing has happened to others.  The diet is certainly a lifestyle change and you can't change it overnight.  Just get back on track and you will be fine.  Good luck, you can do this.
