Just wanted to ask you about the cinnamon & honey for weight loss. Can I use the cinnamon powder & honey that I get in the supermarkets? In case of using powder, do I still have to boil the water and let it stay for 30 mins as it will be much easier to dissolve the powder in the warm water & add honey to it.
In case, I have to use cinnamon sticks, how do i measure the quantity? Waiting for your reply.
Hi alexandra, it helped me overall, and I did eventually lose weight. BUT it was NOT all because of the honey and cinnamon alone. I used that in addition to other things to help lose weight. In general my weight is up and down, but I do use cinnamon and honey almost regularly.

Yes, I'm looking up to see exactly when it came out in theaters...and it came out in November of 2012...just in time for the awards season...I had seen it a couple months ago when it was still in some theaters...I just noticed that it made $128 million in theaters...it's hard for a movie to come close to $100 million, let alone surpass it! It definitely got an "awards season" bump...everyone was curious when it got nominated for Golden Globes and Oscars.

It's a comedy-drama and was nominated for 8 Academy Awards, and Jennifer Lawrence (you probably know her from The Hunger Games movie) WON best actress for this movie--Silver Linings Playbook!
