I just want to thank you for sharing so much in your profile.  It is nice that you are so willing to talk about everything.  It is an encouragment for many.  Very inspiring and enlightening.  I have family members who have similar issues with their mental health as well.  Keep up the great work and enjoy being happy when you can.  Thanks again!!

Melissa you Rock is all I can say. I have been reflecting and answering myself questions. The good thing is that the water is what is making me lose or stay the same weight wise. The exercise piece too is awesome. Wish I did it all at the same time months ago. LOL.  God willing I will check on you more and let you know what I have learned.
