Honestly, the first week was a bit yucky because of sugar withdrawl. So expect to feel differntly. It gets better and is part of the process. I also live with a junk food junky a.k.a. hubby. Exercise is not fun for me with knee and back problems so I really need to give myself pep talks daily. Don't be hard on yourself. Any addition of physical activity daily is a must. So, if it is 10 minutes that's fine. Just do it daily and as time goes by you will feel better and can add a little more time.
Today is day 2 of Cycle 1. It's been a struggle because my kids still are eating "junk" food. I am staying strong through and keeping my will power strong. Because I haven't exercised in years I can't keep up with the 17 minute workout yet. I expect in a week or so it should be a little easier.
