After posting a message or picture, if it does not show up immediately, please try refreshing your browser instead of clicking the "Add Comment" button again. This will prevent duplicate posts. If you find that you have accidentally posted the same message multiple times you can remove the duplicate posts yourself by clicking DELETE to the left of the extra post. On Forum posts, click EDIT, then DELETE on the far right of the black box.
