Ok....well, this is day 4! I have to admit I am struggling a bit. I am suffering from headaches and honestly I don't think I can stomach another green bean!! I really only like carrots, green beans, peas, cooked tomatoes and onions. I can add a few others if diced very tiny and hidden. The main problem I am having is that I am not feeling very satisfied after I eat. I am worried that I will cheat. Let me just admit that a chocolate chip cookie would be amazing right now. I WON'T cave though. I am to determined. I do have one important question. CAN I EAT PROGRESSO HIGH FIBER TOMATO BASIL SOUP?? I love it and I need something a little different. Too much turkey and chicken going on right now!!!!!

I don't know if you can have that soup but I don't see why not. What's on the list of ingredients. The only problem is there may be alot of sodium in that which may slow down your weight loss but the way I see it, if it's a chocolate chip or high fiber vegetable soup then I'd go for the soup. Good luck!
I feel the same way. I am over the turkey and chicken and ready for some beef!
I hope you are doing well Weaver. Hang in there! Struggle through the cravings! If you can't handle it, take a shower, do something to distract yourself! The harder you work the more you will appreciate yourself and not feel as if you are once again failing! You can do this! ;o)
