Lump on my breast

I have yet to go see a doctor but regularly I go tell my mom about it because I feel like it has moved but I don't know if i should put a big concern on it and just let it be... just knowing that it is there bothers me.. I should be getting a mammogram done soon.

Smelly "Down There"

I have a very strong odor that I can smell and a bit of clear discharge this always happens after my period but I don't know the reason behind it and last for several weeks after that. I can myself well but it just comes back It is really nasty.

Hi. On day 2. feeling very full actually. do we have to eat the two servings of fruit? 17 day diet

I started the 17 day diet today....and I'm confused on some things (that I may have missed in the book, but can't seem to find the answers)...is the Green Tea only the kind from the tea bags? I guess I have to assume the bottled cold kind isn't allowed since it has sugars?? Also, I am struggling to find any sugar free yogurt. Any I have found contains sugar.....any suggestions....same for the Kefir I found.....

Medical records

Do you know what is your medical records? I do I have copies. And I couldn't figure out why I was being treated the way I was from a rehab counselor . Know I know why. Changes MUST be made in the laws that allow the patient to review, comment, and have included in their records BEFORE anyone else gets to see them
