I feel like my body has now adjusted to the diet. I don't feel hungry and in the mood to snack all day long like I did the first six days. I have pretty much been keeping up with my P90X workouts with my husband. But, I have only lost 2 pounds so far. I don't see how that is possible...

That is odd. How much weight were you hoping to lose overall? This is day 9 for me and I've lost 6.2 pounds. Are you getting all of your liquids in? The green tea and the water? What about the yogurt?
My long term goal is to lose 30 pounds. I don't know if I will actually reach that goal, but I figure I may as well try. I know that I won't lose that much weight in a couple months but I was hoping to lose 10 pounds in the first cycle. With the sweets I was eating before going on this diet, I thought it was very possible to lose those 10 pounds.
I am getting all my water each day, drinking the hot lemon water in the mornings, and green tea with every meal. I do eat 2 probiotics a day. The only thing that I don't get every day is the fruit.
Are you eating enough calories (about 1200/day)? If not your body could be in starvation mode, causeing you to retain calories rather burn them off.
