I am a rehabilitating 57 year old sales executive who has lost 185 lbs. NATURALLY in the last 13 months.

I am working towards getting myself in shape in order to get through a couple of difficult surgical procedures and then back into the work force. 

The transition from thick to thin has had its challenges because of physical limitations, but with sheer determination and a goal I've been able to make it this far. I am confident that I can finish the journey and stay the course because of the education that i have got along the way, a lot of it from watching The Doctors, thanks for being out there.
