I started the 17 Day Diet as a way to lose weight. After reading through the materials, I realized that I can't just use this as a diet....it's a lifestyle! I have always tried to stay active however portion control has always been an issue with me. Not only was I struggling with portion control but I was also eating way too much of the wrong foods. With the 17 Day Diet, I have found that I don't even have to worry about portion control. I'm eating more now than before I started the eating plan. The only difference....I'm eating the right foods now. The recipes on this website are absolutely amazing and it's going to give me just what I need to make sure that I have a good variety of options.
