I would like some good tips for cycle 2, I don't know if I am doing something wrong the weight is not coming off in this cycle at all! I lost 23 pounds in cycle 1. here is my typical day can someone please give input to what I might be doing wrong. 7:30 breakfast cup of berries or sliced fruit oranges peaches etc.., non fat greek yogurt, or kefir smoothie, 2 egg omlete with tons of veggies, and very little cheese or feta. cut up chicken breast or turkey burger, into a large salad two tbsp. balsamic vinegratte, dinner tilapia, chicken breast, or turkey burger with a load of vegettables, I drink 4 water bottles a day not sure how many oz it holds but it is quite large, 4 cups of green tea, I do not do the hot water and lemon, and I have about 1 or 2 cups of black coffee a day, I walk the dog anywhere from 1.5 to 3 miles a day. I just really don't know what to do please help!
