I would like some good tips for cycle 2, I don't know if I am doing something wrong the weight is not coming off in this cycle at all! I lost 23 pounds in cycle 1. here is my typical day can someone please give input to what I might be doing wrong. 7:30 breakfast cup of berries or sliced fruit oranges peaches etc.., non fat greek yogurt, or kefir smoothie, 2 egg omlete with tons of veggies, and very little cheese or feta. cut up chicken breast or turkey burger, into a large salad two tbsp. balsamic vinegratte, dinner tilapia, chicken breast, or turkey burger with a load of vegettables, I drink 4 water bottles a day not sure how many oz it holds but it is quite large, 4 cups of green tea, I do not do the hot water and lemon, and I have about 1 or 2 cups of black coffee a day, I walk the dog anywhere from 1.5 to 3 miles a day. I just really don't know what to do please help!

People tend to lose a lot less during C2 than in C1. Maybe you are at a plateau ? Do you keep track of calories/day? It sounds like you are getting enough calories, but make sure it is at least 1200 calories/day to prevent starvation mode.

Agree with Melissa. I just finished Cycle 3 and lost...zero! Yes, nothing. I guess I should be glad I didn't gain weight. I know what my problem is...I hardly exercised! And I was so gung-ho in the beginning of Cycle 3, saying that I was going to exercise 60 mins 5 times a day. Well, out of the whole 17 days, I exercised twice. So it's not exercising, PLUS a plateau, I think, because I only have 5 pounds to lose, it is much harder for the body to to want to shed these last pounds.
The good thing is I went down a bra size. I just bought a new bra today and I am now a size 32...DD! I didn't lose any boob weight, which was what I was hoping, because I have upper back problems...I need to lose it in the boobs!!! (BTW, it's not all mine...when I was 25 I got a boob job because I was flat like a teenage boy! I got a large B/small C...but with all the weight I've gained since then, they've become size D/DD!)
Your food and water intake seem great! Exercise seems good, more than me! Maybe take it up a notch with weight training. It will boost your metabolism by building more muscle. It's what I need to do, too!!!
