I was watching your show today and saw the episode about coats in car seats.  Coats are NOT safe in car seats there needs to be less than 1/4 inch between your baby and the car seat straps.  This is how a coat should be worn in a car seat with the straps still against the childs body tightened as usual with the coat zipped over the top of the straps.
