It hurt me so much to hear Actress Valerie Harper's Cancer Diagnosis. It brought back feelings for me of seeing my friend/ neighbor suffering from this, and losing her life to it. As well as my uncle who lost his life to multiple cancers. I feel like this is such an unfair disease, and enough is enough. I wish Cancer would stop claiming so many beautiful lives. Where is the cure?

Hair cutting addiction!

I've recently started cutting my hair repeatdely. I read that it can be stress related, away of de-stressing or self soothing and can become an addiction. It feels so good to cut my own hair, but, one it's done I feel guilty for doing it. Is this a form of self mutilation?

17 Day Diet C2 D1

So I'm starting C2 today of 17DD, I lost 6.5lbs on C1. I was hoping for more but after reading blogs from other 17 DD's, I think I'm probably doing just fine. I started at 148lbs, now at 141.5lbs. What is the difference between Lactose Intolerance & a Milk Allergy? I was diagnosed as being lactose intolerant but, is that really what it is. I ate alot of pizza last night and ended of with horrible diarrhea today. Should I take Imodium or let it run it's course?

Anyone Have this Problem with the DRs site?

I wasn't able to watch the DRs show for a couple days, so I went to the EPISODES link above, then "Today's Show," and clicked on one of the clips I wanted to see. For the second time (happened last week also), when the clip plays, it plays so slow and in "staccato" form, where it freezes for a second on each screen/syllable before going on to the next one. Propranolol For Migraines!

I was given Propranolol which is a Beta Blocker for my migraines and it kept me up all night. I have high blood pressure. I only took it once, once is enough I need to sleep! It gave me heart palpitations and made me itchy. Anyone else have this problem? What are some natural solutions for migraines?

Dr. Jim Sears & Triggers

I was just watching a video from "The Doctors" where Dr. Sears was in a bathtub, it was to help with sweating and Dr. Stork poured tomato juice on him towards the end of the tape. That triggered feelings of bullying and meanness for me. I was like "oh Dr. Travis that was not cool". I think Dr. Sears is a sweetheart. Why is he always picked for experiments, is it just me?

Have you ever contacted "the doctors" tv show via their website and felt like giving up because of a lack of response. Sometimes it would be nice to actually read their opinions, instead of getting some automated response to our questions. Angry At The Silly Things!
