Fat Loss – Without a Diet

We look at ourselves in the mirror and we see that pesky fat. We go on diet after diet and nothing seems to work, frustrating us to no end.  The problem sometimes isn’t in what diet we go on. It’s what kinds of vitamin we’re getting that makes us healthy and helps keep us thin.   Keeping fit is something we all need to do but in terms of our diet it is important to...

Is my sexual anhedonia from taking the SSRI Citalopram permanent?

Greetings, I'm a 36 year old man suffering from PSSD and SSRI withdrawal. Last August I regretfully decided to try an antidepressant for the first time. I began by taking 10mg of Citalopram (Celexa) for three months. I then stupidly proceeded to binge on 100mg over a two-day span (40mg on the first day and 60mg on the second.) Gastritis

I recently had an endoscopy done with some biopsies of my stomach.  The biopsies came back, comfirming that I have gastritis.  I am losing a little blood in my stomach, which is most likely the reason for the chronic iron deficiency.  On Lansoprazole and prescription iron pills for all of that. I am very careful with taking OTC pain killers.  DR said I could continue the ibuprofen though, just not a lot.  Are there any...

Soy isn't as good as you might think!

I was shown these links (below) to read about the dangers of soy.  Personally I don't in general like soy (ie soy milk, veggie burgers, tofu, etc), but there are foods I do like that contain soy like cereals, crackers, tunafish (canned), spices, sandwich spreads, candy, energy bars, and the list goes on.  Here is a list on the first link below that tells about which common soy products to stay away from and 5...
