Has anyone purchase the home delivery food that Dr. Moreno offers for sale on his website? I am a crime scene investigator and sometimes get called out to a scene for hours at a time. The chaplaincy usually brings food and beverages but it often consists of pizza or sandwiches. Because I would need to rush out the door I wouldn't have time to prepare anything. So, I was wondering what the home delivery meals consist of. It might be a good thing to have on hand for these types of emergencies.

No, I haven't tried them, but I was thinking, since many of the portions are too much for one meal, you might put them in snack bags or plates and take them with you. Just get some packages of those plastic utensils and you are good to go. When you get to the section where there is bread introduced, you can always get the flats (whole grain) and put your lettuce wrap in those. Good luck!
