Well, it's Day 3 of Cycle 1. After eagerly hopping on the scale, I found I haven't started losing yet. I'm a little bummed. Even a teeny change would've helped. But today is another day to follow the rules, so I will.
It helps to read that other people are losing. I'm happy for them...

don't get bummed, just keep in mind great things come to those who wait! this just means that you are going to take a hop on the scale soon and it will show 3-5 lbs different. I will keep cheering you on. I hope you have a great day. Smile you are not alone here.
don't worry - you will lose (it might be a big amount all at once) - everybody is different. Are you exercising? That has really helped me keep losing.
Stay with it!! I haven't lost as much as alot of people but it does work!! I love how everyone cares and tries to movtivate me! Too bad we aren't all from the same city and we could see each other 1X/week and walk or just have a fun meeting to suppoet each. Guess that's what blogs are for. Don't give up. Follow it to the letter AND MOVE!! I haven't exercised as much which is why I haven't lost as much! I've lost 9 in 21 days. I also took measuremtns and that has helped when the scale doesn't. STick to it! it's a healthy plan,too!
Hang in there. A dietician once told me that it takes time for your body to realize that you are nourishing it with good fuel, once it makes that connection it will lose what it doesn't need. Keep coming here too.....we all need support and you will definitely find it here.
Don't be discouraged, Constanh, when I started, I did not notice any weight loss the first few days. I felt I was falling into a trap, so I got off the scale and now I only weigh on the last day of the week. I found that after 7 days, I had gone down 7 lbs. Try choosing one day of the week to weigh yourself and stick to it--only ONCE a week. However, check your clothes for evidence that this is working for you. For example, I had a pair of pants that left a button mark on my tummy. I put them on just for fun and although I had not lost any weight, the button does not leave an imprint on my tummy any more. Remember it took more than a week to put the weight on. It might take more than a week for it to drop off. You may slow down weight loss more than once, even on this diet, so give yourself a break. Well, I'm mad as h%** for you!!!!! It's just plain rude! I bet your scale is busted! But don't get discouraged! Hang in there. Drink more water and move more. I'm sorry.
You are not alone. Several people have posted that they aren't going to keep looking at the scale every day. Make sure you get a tape measure & get a measurment of your waist hips thighs & bust. Some have reported seeing a difference in inches lost before pounds lost. Make sure you are doing enough exercise & make sure you are pooping. A lot of people are getting a little backed up when they first start this. Lots of water & maybe a laxative if needed. Good luck. hang in there.
I don"t'weigh myself a lot. A nutrionist told me that you would drive you self crazy if you did. You weight can fluctuate so much. I lost 15 pounds after 17 days and I only weighed myself once. I have started cycle 2 a week ago but I haven't weighed myself yet.
