Hey sweetie, I feel for ya; I've been there!!! Trust me things will get better, I've found new love and now finally starting to lose weight; like you I have hit 230-240. My kids are older now, but my daughter goes to college and lives w/me, and my son got a girl pregnant...ugh!!  My advice to you is to work out as much as you possably can, for me I always feel better after, even if its just walking for twenty minutes. I am glad that you are reachding out and that this forum is here to help people like us who are struggling. I gotta tell you that I just love the pic of your dog lol. eats lots of veggies, drink plenty of water and keep talking to your friends on this site. Prayin for you, Kathy
