I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction.   I live in NY and I'm looking for a surgeon who performs Buccal Fat Pad excision surgery in my area.  I noticed in Dr. Ordon's blog post on Buccal fat surgery that you know someone in NY who offers this procedure.  Could you give me their name?  Also do they remove as much of the fat pad as Dr. Ordon does?

Ideal hight and weight, so some focused fat reduction is preferred.  Lipodissolve, which I have no experience with or traditional liposuction.  I like liposuction because it puts the result into the hands of a surgeon who sculpts the patient.  I trust that more than a chemical that dissolves who-knows-what and who-knows how much.  Just my opinion.

Im 32 years old and I have 3 children. After having 3 kids, I've inherited what is known as "saddle bags".  Unfortunately, Im not a really motivated person to excerise and have started to do LipoDissolve. I saw the show where they gave the girl botox to help quit smoking.  have y'all ever done that before?  It sounded kind of cool.  I take chantix but it makes me really sick to my stomach.  I have ulcers and acid reflux.  I guess that is why it makes me so sick.  When I saw the show with the botox for the girl who wanted to quit smoking I thought that may help me.  My PCP is doing botox, restylane, laser hair removeal, etc.  He hates insurance companies, he tells us they won't let him treat his patients properly as he has a certain amount of time he can spend with patients, etc.  Probably wont' be long before he quits being a family Dr.

You very nicely articulated what it is like to have a deviated septum with obstruction of the nasal airway.  You certainly would benefit from a deviated septum operation during which, if you want, fix the bump.  We actually did this operation for one episode of The Doctors.

Health insurance usually covers the costs because it sounds like a medically necessary issue.  Dr. O is really good at this type of thing.  His office is in LA.

Hello, --it's long but, please read!
  I have been thinking about getting rhinoplasty for years now.I am 20 years old. I was looking for your opinion on whether or not you think it would be a good idea.
   When I was about 11 years old I kneed myself in the nose and broke it. I never went to see anyone about it. The shape of my nose really bothers me because of the big bump.
   I believe that because it has been broken that it may be causing other problems for me. I find I have a poor sense of smell because often I can't smell things that other people around me can. I would always get bloody noses when I was younger. I am constantly stuffed up, always having to blow my nose. When I do blow my nose I feel like air bubbles in the tear duct of my right eye. My nose often runs when I eat. Any time something lightly hits my nose it hurts really bad. Also, I wonder if it can be a reason for, or affects the dark circles I have around my eyes.
