I really need to stop weighing every day. Just like all of you, I find it hard to resist. So, I gained one pound back. I don't think I can go all week and only weigh in once. Therefore, I think weighing in every two or three days will be good.
Hey, one pound of body weight is roughly equivalent to 3500 calories.
I don't know about you guys, but I'm eating way LESS than 3500 calories a day. There is no chance the pound or two fluctuation we're seeing is fat gain. It's water weight, girls and boys.

Hooray for you for getting to phase 2. I weigh every other day or two. I agree that there can be day to day fluctuation so I try not to focus solely on the scale. I just know that the eating plan makes sense and I want to get healthy in the long run. Add that to movement and the results will lead to healthy weight loss. Metabolism is the key variable here and we all are at a different rate.
I hear you, I am doing the same thing, can't seem to resist the temptation. Generally by the end of the week though I will have lost at least 1 pound. Keep up the good work.
