I'm stuck....only lost two pounds and I am already on day 9 of cycle two, first I gained a couple now I am almost down to what I weighed in two days after I started cycle two. Is this normal? I'm not giving up YET but thought I could at least see some progress by day 9. I shouldn't be so negative, I have lost 11 pounds thus far!

I hear ya.....I'm stuck, too. I'm a couple days further into Cycle 2 and I have stalled for the past 5 days. I'm exercising more than ever and I don't believe that I'm eating anything that I'm not supposed to be. I'm not giving up either, just going to hang in there and just take one day at a time.
Just remember that now you are exerciseing more so you might be gaining muscle. That can cause some weight gain but in a good way. Keep going.
