Hi, so glad you are with us, I am active now and for the first time in 20 + years have been able to start jogging again.  I give God the glory because I had trouble walking just 3 months ago.  Hopefully, that will also help me sleep better.  God bless, I wish you the best.  I lost 3 pounds this week and I even cheated some.  So I hope the second week will even be better.  Bye

Hi to all my friends..so nice to meet you..I did live in N.Y..now i live in Pa..I'll be 70 in March..just starting a new life here..I recently got married..two husband passed..hopefully this new life will make me happy..I'm a diabectic..also i'm a breast cancer survivor 26 years now.. would be nice to chat with all of you..take care and God BlessllJanet
