After watching Dr. Travis support Dr. Jim during the results of the eye exam, I’d want him to take care of me any time.

Dr. Travis got my heart pumping just from watching his stress test. Then I got a double dose seeing Dr. Mike without a shirt too. Wow, why can’t my doctors look like that!

When ER was first on, I had a doctor who had the looks of George Clooney, the knowledge of Dr. Mark Green, and the compassion of John Carter. Oh, he was a few years older than my son.

Well I can’t “weigh in” on the whole shirt off deal with any of the doctors. Not that I am not observant, my mind just doesn’t go that direction. We’re always at the gym so I am surrounded by physiques of all shapes and sizes, some muscled and fit, others not so fit. And then there are those that are perfectly carved and chisled, which will get my attention every single time because it requires serious discipline on behalf of those sporting the art of muscle whether they are men or women. Dr. Stork seemed to me to be in the more common group of people I see at the gym, kind of the “half way” mark to sculpting if he was to ever get serious.
One thing is certain, he not only looked to have good physical fitness but the results of the stress test backed up a visual assessment. I have seen people before look to be the picture of statuesque health and be very unhealthy. That being said, I was glad for Dr. Stork that he didn’t have anything to worry about with regard to his heart because he had mentioned feeling a “twinge” when exercising outdoors, particularly with hiking — wasn’t it? That made me wonder if it had to do with altitude.
His “above average” of physical fitness as stated on his stress test results puts him in the category of being a role model to others and something for others to aspire to. It is the proof in the pudding that if you work your body like a machine and push the boundaries while knowing your limitations, you can achieve great health in the area of exercise and endurance.
So congrats, Travis. Well done.

Dr. Travis after watch today’s show about you having trouble breathing at night abd the chronic cough, woke me up. I’ve been having a lot of coughing spells lately. These attacks have been so bad I would end up throwing-up.
I’m not going to wait no more I’m making drs. app. with my own doctor, and I’m going to ask her to send me to allergist/immumolgist.
I have had this since I was a kid, I thought it was getting better, but now I know it is getting worse. I know I have food allergies, and I know I have allergy to some medicines, but I don’t know if I’m alleraic to anything else.
I’m really glad Dr. Spears is okay, he must a be a real great friend to have, and staying by his side at that diffuclt time showed his what a true friend you are. I have been to so many doctors when I was going through cancer, they were wonderful and they put my fears to rest that doctors are not rude, but they are very caring people.

My asthma was not diagnosed until I was 54. The doctor prescribed shots for my numerous allergies. It has been 10 years now. At my last checkup, my pulmonary function was normal for the first time in my life. I still forget to use my inhaler before exercise or if I start coughing when my lungs get cold.
