Hello,
I recently had heavy metal testing and I’m really concerned because my levels were higher than they were a few years ago when I had them tested and I’m trying to find out the cause of this.

I’m wondering if maybe some of my cosmetic and skin care products are to blame. Almost everyday I wear a Japanese sunblock, lip liner, moisturizer, mascara, lipstick, eyeliner. How do I find out if these have Lead or mercury?
