Hello,
I am on my 4th day of this diet and to be honest I am struggling with it. I can see that this diet would be very succesfull for most, but I am a fussy eater, and I am finding it very hard to eat from the meals in the first cycle. For the last 3 days I have been having chicken for tea, but i’m already at the point where the thought of chicken makes me want to vomit. I do not eat fish, I can’t even stand the smell. The vegies arent so bad i can do them and I can do the yoghurt, I just don’t know if I can sustain this for 17 days as I am not getting enough calories. Also is your body meant to go into Ketosis? I got very sick last night with a migraine and vomitting and this seems to be a sign of the body entering ketosis, I thought I would feel better today but I just feel really weak and foggy headed. will this pass? what do you recommended? Are there any other fussy eaters out there how did you deal with this diet?

I have read that it isn’t unusual for you to feel flu-like symptoms when your body detoxes. I had a headache the first few days after giving up my diet coke.

I felt kinda bad the first few days but was also coming off of a lot of caffine from pop. your body may be in shock if you arent used to eating like this. do you like turkey? if so try switching it up a little bit. that would give a little different taste than just chicken.
