Hi Everyone! I just started the 17 day diet on Monday (July 23) and I’m on my 3rd day. I’m having a very hard time right now. I’ve not lost an ounce yet and it’s discouraging. I keep hearing and reading success stories from so many that say they have lost by now. I’ve followed everything to a T and it’s just not going well in my eyes.The only thing that was a mess was I forgot my green tea last night at dinner and today at breakfast.
I’m also currently experiencing a metalic taste in my mouth. I’m not sure why and what is going on. I don’t want to keep drinking because it tastes horrible.
I’m not sure if something is wrong, but I am so close to giving up already. I don’t want to so I’m doing everything I can to stop my thoughts. I could use some encouragement and some ways to make this all work better. Feeling just a little lost.
