Day 7 for me 5lbs for me. Todays weigh in is 217.2. I am still not drinking enough water. I slept better last night. Have a great day, drinking my lemon water and off to do the dvd and then to work.

I have started the diet 2 times and have lost but 4 days is as long as I have stayed and I was feeling so good. What the heck is wrong with this picture

I started yesterday weighing in at 208.6 pounds. This morning I am weighing at 206. I don’t even have the book yet but just based on what I am learning here and sticking to trying without it, I made progress.

Day 7.  Down 4 pounds which I think is pretty good :)  I am wanting to lose 18 pounds, so that is a nice chunk of it.  Haven’t really been hungry, but really miss my whole grains :(  Next cycle :)

haven’t received book nor DVD- but keeping up with the posts and gaining excitement to begin- Does anyone remember how long it took to arrive??  ordered thursday last week-  Monday will be 4th day-  is that reasonable to expect in mail by then?

Just signed up and I’m so excited. I have put this off for yrs. and the weight just keeps going higher and higher.  Ordered the book and cd, can’t wait till they come. Tomorrow I will weight and go from there.

Hi everyone! Started on Jan 4th down 3lb in 3 days will weigh tomorrow and see how the weekend treated me!! Got snowed in i town no food for diet had to eat out think I did pretty good though stuck to chicken and veggies.

starting today. both my husband and myself were sick this weekend. I am getting ready to eat my breakfast. My problem is, i get up at 0145 as i have to travel over anhour to work. I usually do not get to eat my breakfast until approx 0700, and if i have to ride with a courier then i will not be able to eat before i get back around 1000, or try and down it before i go on road. that is my challenge. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Day 5—Down 160.8. thats 5.6 lbs. Never seen results like this in my life. Wow!!!!! So impressed. Now the challenge is going to work today. Demanding 12 hour shift, on my feet all day long. Have to drink the water more. Not real good at that one. Wish me luck!!!!!
Keep up the good work everyone. So impressed by the big numbers!
