This recipe is for some carrots but made into chips for snack like food that can help curb those chip cravings
Preheat oven 250
Peal and slice Large carrots in to small circles (I used a mandolin, the thinner the better), can also do strips
place on cookie sheet on parchment paper sprinkle with salt/pepper or other seasonings
roast in over 45 + mins
They will harden as they cool to be crisper if they aren’t continue to roast 5-10mins longer
The larger the carrots the better, the thin slices shivel up while in the oven so if your carrots are small you have lots of very small pieces
This can also be done with zucchini, but @ 175 for 2 hours so they are thoroughly dehydrated and crispy but not burned.
