Cycle 1
To get my fruit and yogurt for breakfast, I use 6oz Dannon Nonfat Natural Plain yogurt )I buy the large container and measure out 6 oz). I use frozen fruits – strawberries, peaches, or blueberries;measure out serving according to package, sprinkle with a package of splenda or truvia and put in microwave for a few minutes; allow to cool down and add to yogurt. I usually prepare my fruit the night before and it is ready to add to yogurt.

I thaw out the a portion of fruit in the fridge overnight, or on the counter 1st thing in the morning if i forgot the night before.

Sometimes I like to leave the strawberries/peaches frozen and blend them with the yogurt and truvia…makes a frozen delight! Kefir works really well, too.
