Cycle 1:
This is something I make a large bowl of but only eat small portions. Allows my family to have a “desert” after meals while still keeping it healthy and I don’t feel bad skipping it after 2 because I know I will have some with my yogurt the next day.
I cut up 4-6 apples (often will use 2 different kinds)
2-3 pears
1 container of fresh strawberries
1 container of fresh blueberries
the flavors and tectures mix well and the coloring makes it very appealing as well.
Would make a great topping to a whole wheat waffle during the other cycles.
