I cut up 4-6 apples (often will use 2 different kinds)
the flavors and tectures mix well and the coloring makes it very appealing as well.
Would make a great topping to a whole wheat waffle during the other cycles.
In the summer I used to make a fruit salad like this all the time with fruit that were in season sprinkled with a little Orange or lemon juice. I used to add some walnuts (which we can’t have in Cycle 1).
~~For a dressing I used a 1/2 cup of fat free sour cream a little sugar (gonna try truvia) and a small amount of vanilla. This is YUMMY!
~~I usually put the dressing on the side and add a spoonful in my bowl of fruit and mix it up right before I eat it.
