1 can of tuna in water
1/2 a small onion ( I love onion, so I use a whole onion)
4 egg white
Any seasoning you like, I have a Citrus Grill that I love!
Sautee onions in non-stick cooking spray, I think you could use olive oil here too.
Whisk egg whites and seasoning together, add tuna.
Pour mixture into your pan with sauteed onions, let cook for a bit, and then under the broiler til done. I am sure you can add any veggies or non-fat cheeses, if you’d like, but for me the simpler the better. I usually eat half for breakfast, then the other half for lunch…very filling!
