Marinade - Cycle 1
Look here’s a trick for that fish you may not like so much.
Take that tilapia (8 frozen or fresh). Mix that flaxseed oil/balsamic dressing, some dill and about 2tbs of no fat/low fat salad dressing mixed with about a 1/4 cup warm water. Put the fish and the liquid in a ziploc and shake it up baby! Pour all of the contents into a baking dish coved with tinfoil and bake @ 350 for about an hour.
