Ingredients:
1large cauliflower, about 2lbs, cut into 1 1/2 " florets
2 TBS Olive Oil
3 TBS Lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
fresh cracked white pepper to taste
2 tsp shallots, minced
fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine all ingredients except shallots and parsley. Toss to mix well and place in a roasting pan. Roast until cauliflower is tender, turning once, for about 35 minutes. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, mix in shallots. To serve, sprinkle with parsley.

Thanks for a wonderful recipe. I made it today and loved it! Roasting veggies is my favorite. It brings out their natural flavor and sweetness.
