I am glad to find these recipes for tilapia.  I have some for tomorrow, and I haven’t been thrilled with the way it has been turning out just baking it.

My husband and I had tilapia tonight. I lightly sprayed a pyrex dish, sprinkled the tilapia with McCormick’s Lemon Pepper w/ Herbs, covered with foil. Baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Delicious!

Thanks- I went out an bought lots of stuff yesterday as I started Day 1, and had no idea how to do Tilapia to fit the diet’s parameters. I’ll be trying one of these tomorrow.

I am having Tilapia for the first time tonight so I think I will try it with the lemon pepper/herbs. I have a Mrs. Dash that I’ll use. Thank you.

I just made tilapia for dinner, this is my 6th day of cycle 1

I marinated 4 tilapia filets in equal parts lemon juice and low sodium soy sauce, added some dill and a touch of olive oil

when it was time for dinner, I filled the bottom of a 9 × 12 pan with  a 1/2 bag of fresh spinach and then put the tilapia on top, drizzled the remaining marinade over the filets and baked at 350* for 15 minutes~!

Delicious
