Not sure if this can be on Phase 1 because of sugar free jello everything else can . Take 2 packs of sugar free jello in this case (peach )mix with one cup boiling water to disolve . Then add one cup cold water , then in blender mix 12oz of low fat yogurt with jello mixture until smooth, fill about 5 clear cups with about an 1inch and a half yogurt and jello mixture. Cool until solid then mix up one packet of peach jello one cup boiling water one cup cold then add to cup cool and let solid add rest of yogurt mixture add fresh peaches and let firm. Eat this as your probiotic food and fruit ! Feels like cheating ! I have made orange and strawberry too, plan on making rasberry next ! 3 packs sugar free jello --4cups water——- 12oz probiotic yogurt———fresh fruit !

This sounds great. I was wondering if sugar free jello would be ok on cycle 1 as well.

I am using nonfat fruit-flavored (cherry or raspberry cheescake) yoplait yogurt over fruit (peeled, chopped, small apple) as the yogurt snack. This combo is really delicious. Plain, nonfat yogurt makes me gag just thinking about it. I think this is probably not “legal” on the diet but it is the only way I can manage the yogurt right now. I looked at the other options on the grocery aisle but this is the only one I was willing to buy.

I can’t wait to try this recipe! I have MAJOR ISSUES with eating yogurt – I just can’t stand the taste – but I think having the sugar free jello in there with it just might make it enjoyable. Thanks!
