Hi everyone!  I am generally not a big fan of apples, but when I found a Caramel Dip at Walden Farms that has no calories, no sugar & no carbs, I decided to give it a try – and it is AWESOME!!!

I take about 1 to 2 TBLSP’s of Walden Farms Caramel Dip, put it in a microwave safe bowl & then put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.  I Chop 1 apple into bite size pieces and add to the hot caramel and mix.  It is a great way to have your fruit and feel like you’re eating a high calorie dessert!

**I am always looking for dessert recipes that will fit within the 17 day diet – so if anyone has any ideas, please share – thanks!

Did you purchase the dip thru the website? I seen on their website a local grocery store near me carries it To my disappointment, I could not find any Walden Farms products there. I will try a different store and check. Wondering what part of the grocery it would be in?!

Hi all You can find Walden’s Farms products at Walmart in the diabetic section. They also have wonderful chocolate syrup too.

Is this legal for Cycle 1?

Yes it is completely legal. If you read the lable it says it’s fat free,sugar free,calorie free,carbohydrate free, gluten free.
It’s not like eating full blown chocolate syrup or carmel dip, but if you use it on things, it sure tastes great and get rid of that terrible craving.

I have looked everywhere for the Walden Farms caramel dip. Our Walmart does not sell it, nor does our Kroger stores. We are in WVa so evidently they do not sell it anywhere here. Really wanted to try it. Not ordering it online. Shipping is too expensive.

I know what you mean, I had a really hard time finding it too. If your supermarket carries the Walden Farms brand, ask them to order you the carmel. Sometimes they will do that for you. Good Luck

Try looking in the gluten free section of the store. I just ordered some things on line that I couldn’t find there.
