I chopped up broccoli, carrots and an onion (as much as you feel you want) make sure to cut carrots thin. I tossed into a hot pan I had coated with a tablespoon of olive oil. I cooked them up a litte then pushed them aside and then tossed in some uncooked chicken I had cut into small strips. Stirred the chicken around every now and then to get it to cook evenly. Once cooked i mixed the veggies into the chicken.
As the chicken was cooking I mixed 1/3 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and 1 pack of truvia.
I poured this mixure over the chicken and veggies and stirred to coat everything, then put a cover on to let the flavor soak in a bit. Then uncovered and stirred a bit more…
for cycle 2 you could toss in some cooked whole wheat pasta.
My family loved it.
