This is what I do with my Greek Yogurt and I love it. I sprinkle some sugar-free jello powder into the yogurt and stir it up. I use Cherry, Lemon and Raspberry which ever flavor you prefer. I do not add any turvia or extra splenda because I’m using the jello powder as a sugar substitute.
I’ve asked if we can have sugar-free jello and have not gotten an answer and I do know we should be using truvia but this is what I do periodically and really like it.
I have been buying Dannon Greek Yougurt, 0% fat because it only has 6 g of sugar. I add a tablespoon of Smucker’s Sugar Free strawberry or raspberry preserves, and I just love it. It may have more flavor than the jello and has some texture.
So I made a rookie mistake and bought Greek yogurt that is 0% fat but is vanilla honey. It’s sweetened obviously, but I’m eating it rather than wasting it. I lost weight Day 1, but am wondering how badly I’m sabotaging myself. I add a handful of blueberries too. SOOOO wonderful.
