Peel and cut up butternut squash, yam, and sweet potato. Arrange on cookie sheet. Add onion slices and asparagus (and any other vegetables desired). Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over top. Add salt and pepper. Toss lightly. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
For Cycle 1, do not include the squash, yam or sweet potato.
I do something like this but use sweet potatoes, red potatoes (don’t know whic cycle this fits in), squash (yellow and zucchini), multicolor bell peppers and onion. I put it in a tupperware bowl with a little olive oil and taco seasoning powder and shake to coat well, then back in the oven. . .. yummy
I do turnips, carrots, parsnips, onions and garlic cloves. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle fresh rosemary. Not sure where turnips fit in the cycles. Cannot find them mentioned anywhere!
