1st Cycle- Chicken Vege Stir Fry THEN Soup

PAM a pan. Brown 1# ground chicken and spice it up. I used garlic and PENZEY’s FoxPoint Seasoning, and Adobo. Then remove from pan. Cut up several carrots, 2 broccoli trees, 3 leeks, 1 red pepper. I can also see adding:cabbage, cauliflower, mushrooms… Stir fry those in EVOO. Add 1 can (15oz) Muir Organic Diced tomatoes. Add chicken back in at the end. Eat for dinner, and then lunch the next day. Then, on day 3 put the remainder in a pot. Add bay leaf, jalapeno sprinkles, a little garlic powder, a little salt, and a 32 oz box of organic No-Chicken Broth. It is fat free. IMAGINE brand. I get it at King Soopers in the soup aisle. Once hot, add a bunch of spinach until wilted, and have a BIG BOWL OF YUMMY SOUP! So I got 4 meals out of this 1# of chicken, and added spices I like, and I sent a little in my husbands lunch (he is not on this diet), and I have a small bowl of soup leftover. |
