Turkey Burger (Cycle 1)
YUM! Made the best thing last night for dinner
Sautee onion, yellow bell pepper, garlic, in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add seasoning (I just added pepper) when done stir in a little Parmesan cheese, poor over Turkey patty! I also put about 1/2 tbsp Blue cheese, I dont think thats really allowed.
I did this same thing but instead of pouring over a turkey patty I scrambled in some eggs! YUM
The parmesan cheese is almost FF I dont think I could get threw this diet without it!
