this can be made in a quantity of 4 servings:

4 – chicken breasts, pounded
4 oz. Breaststone Live-active non-fat cottage cheese
fresh spinach
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
black pepper
1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese

Pound chicken breasts and mix cottage cheese, onion and garlic powder and black pepper with Parmesan cheese. Add spinach and put about 3 tablespoons in center of pounded chicken breasts. You can either tie them or I put toothpicks to keep them together. Bake for about 35-40 minutes on 400 degrees.
