I made an adjustment to the turkey Black Bean Chili recipe in the 17 day diet book. Since we can’t have black beans in cycle 1, I added a 15 oz. can of Rotel Diced tomatoes and green chilis into the mix. Its Wonderful! You can also add a touch of tobasco if you dare!
1lb lean ground turkey, 1 cup chopped onion, 2 cups tomatoe sauce, 1Tbl chili powder, 1/2tsp black pepper, 1 15oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis.
Brown the ground Turkey in a saucepan. Add the remainder of ingredients. Simmer for 20 min.
