Vegetarian Cheese Omelet : Fry the onion, green peppers and the chopped mushrooms in the olive oil until caramelized. Whisk the two eggs in a separate bowl adding salt and pepper. Add the eggs to the frying pan. Add cheese. Flip the omelet over. It may break a little. Very tasty and filling. |
