Both husband and I have lost 4.5 lbs in 3 days. Must be doing something right. Last night made the greatest stirfry ever! Woked it with 2 Tabs of EVOO,garlic and ginger. stirfried carrots, 1 tree brocolli and stems green and yellow bells, red onion and mushrooms. Added one package Beef and Brocolli seasoning (prepared with lite soy sauce and H2O. Add Chinese red chile sauce 2 Tabs. Love it Love it. P.S. I am alos doing 30 minutes treadmill (power walk) Husband not so much!
