Okay this is too good to be diet food. Pour one carton of Light and Fit yogurt into the blender (80 calories). Add 1/2 cup of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc. —whatever sounds good. Place icecubes into a two cup measure. Add water up to 2 cup line. Pour this into the blender. (I am counting this as 2 cups of the daily water requirement. No stomach is smart enough to know if you ate the yogurt and berries first and then sent down the water, or if they all arrived at the same time!!) Add 1/2 cup of Diet Rite cherry, tangerine, or raspberry soda (I know it’s another no-no but it has no carbs and no sodium and it adds flavor). Mix in the blender and pour into a fancy tall glass. This is a real treat!!

I’ve made a blueberry smoothie using FF Pomegranite Kefir and frozen blueberries and a tad of truvia all blended together…yummy. I also have blueberry flavored FF Kefir. These smoothies are great!

I’ve added a few handfuls of spinach to the mix. Although it makes an unpleasant color, you absolutely cannot taste the spinach (trust me….I usually hate vegetables).
I use the pomegranite Kefir, frozen cherries, truvia, the spinach and ice and it is yummy.

Thanks, Mrs. Beasley!  I’m going to try adding the spinach & hope that I won’t be able to taste it.  Although I love spinach, I don’t think that I would like it with berries, except in a fresh spinach salad.  I make a berry ‘ice cream’ in much the same way, except that I use frozen mixed berries.

Hello All,

I do this every morning, but instead of the carbonated mix I add one packet of Crystal Light Sunrise classic orange flavor.  It is absolutely delicious!
