Poached Salmon, 2 servings - cycle 1

Heat oven to 350. Wash 1/2 lb fresh salmon and dry it with a paper towel. Lay the fish on a sheet of aluminum foil big enough to wrap it up. Season (I use garlic salt and pepper), pour on 1/2 TBSP white wine, then sprinkle on 1 TBSP tarragon. Wrap the salmon and bake for 30 minutes. |
