1/2 c balsamic vinegar
1 TBS olive oil
1 TBS fresh rosemary chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Combine vinegar, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt & pepper in med. bowl. Add chicken breasts. Marinate covered in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Broil chicken in broiler 6 inches from heat for 8 minutes or til cooked thru – turning once. You can also grill on the BBQ, but make sure they don’t dry out when cooking.
