1 lb cottage cheese – lo fat
1/2 cup lo-fat parmesan cheese
3 TBS TBS lemon juice
1 TBS Worstershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp liquid hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp anchovy paste
1/3 c olive oil
12 cups raw veggies — carrots, green & red peppers, zuchinni, grean beans, broccoli, cauliflower etc.

Puree cottage cheese, parmesan, lemon juice, worcestershire, garlic salt, salt, black pepper, hot sauce and anchovy paste in blender or processor — about 2 minutes.
While the machine is running, gradually add oil in the container and process 1 minute. Serve with raw veggies. (makes a large batch) Apprx. 34 cal. per TBS
